What is BirdBase?
BirdBase is a poultry-focused digital solutions brand. We develop software products for poultry business operations and discuss custom software for poultry and related businesses.
Who can use BirdBase?
Our products and services are intended for poultry traders, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, feed production businesses, delivery businesses and companies that need related business software. Whether a product suits you depends on its current features and your workflow, which we discuss with you directly.
What does BirdBase Commerce OS do?
BirdBase Commerce OS is poultry trading software. The current release covers orders and sales, retailer records and pricing, payment entry, retailer ledgers and balances, purchases and stock, dispatch and delivery, and reports with exports.
Is BirdBase Retail available now?
Not yet. BirdBase Retail is in development. Contact the BirdBase team for the latest development status and planned capabilities.
Does BirdBase provide poultry ERP software?
BirdBase can discuss custom poultry ERP development. It is not an off-the-shelf product. Modules, integrations, implementation approach and commercial terms are defined for each project.
Can BirdBase build software for feed manufacturers?
Yes, as a custom project. BirdBase can discuss software for feed production and inventory workflows. The final scope depends on your requirements.
Does BirdBase support online payments?
Commerce OS lets your team record payments received from retailers, and each entry updates the retailer’s ledger and balance. Online collection — such as UPI or QR payments through a payment provider — is planned and is not part of the current release.
Can the software update retailer accounts automatically?
When a payment is entered in Commerce OS, the retailer’s ledger and outstanding balance update automatically. Payments themselves are recorded by your team: automatic payment collection, bank statement matching and automatic reconciliation are not available today.
Can BirdBase customise a solution for my business?
Custom development can be discussed for requirements that do not fit an existing product. Scope, schedule, cost and support depend on the agreed project.

How much does BirdBase cost?
